  10. You need 2 Tbs of oil of choice.
  11. You need 2 cups of old fashioned oats.
  12. You need 2 cups of dried fruit of choice.
  13. You need of Cocao nibs optional.

Granola step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Mix honey, pb, oil, cinnamon and vanilla very thoroughly.
  3. Add nuts, seeds, coconut and oats.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. On parchment lined baking sheet, press out granola.
  6. If you crowd the pan you will end up with granola clusters, if you would rather have a crumbly granola spread it onto two pans.
  7. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
  8. Do NOT stir as it bakes.
  9. Add dried fruit and cocao nibs.
  10. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
  11. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
