Ingredients of Snack Time!

  1. Prepare 1/2 pc of banana (I froze mine).
  2. It's 1 tbsp of peanut butter.
  3. You need 3 tbsp of instant oatmeal.
  4. It's 200 g of water.
  5. It's 1 scoop of whey powder.

Snack Time! instructions

  1. Add everything in the blender.
  2. Do not repeat my mistake by putting the peanut butter on the side of the bottle 🤣 but yes I put around that much.
  3. Last, as usual, add in the whey powder. My protein powder for the moment is matcha flavoured, so I've been doing some experiments for which flavour combination is best to use with it..
  4. Blend this beauty nice and smooth. If you like it thicker you can add more banana instead of reducing the water 😉.
